2 Families Receive House and Lot From PRO-FRIENDS

Lives of two families are about to be transformed as Property Company of Friends, Inc. (PRO-FRIENDS) has awarded two Sophie Units through GMA Network Inc.’s Kapuso Milyonaryo Season 6: Level Up Pamasko.
The winners, Julieta Suico, 46 years old, and Sergio Bolivar Jr., 37 years old, received the house and lot prize from PRO-FRIENDS together with their respective families. Both winners expressed their joy in winning a Sophie unit each in Lancaster New City, PRO-FRIENDS’ flagship project in Cavite.
The Suico family currently resides in a compound in Pembo, Makati. Julieta has been participating in Kapuso Milyonaryo since season 1 and was hoping to win the grand cash prize but was even more thankful for winning a Sophie unit from PRO-FRIENDS in the 6th season of Kapuso Milyonaryo.
The other winner, Sergio Bolivar Jr., lives in an apartment in Bulacan with a sibling. He is delighted to have won his own new house and lot from PRO-FRIENDS through Kapuso Milyonaryo.
Sophie is a 52 sqm single-attached house on an 80 sqm lot area inside PRO-FRIENDS’ flagship project, Lancaster New City in Cavite. It has three bedrooms, two toilet and baths and a provision for one car garage.
This is the second time that PRO-FRIENDS partnered with GMA Network, Inc. for Kapuso Milyonaryo, the network’s longest running promotion.
